Many people simply take the “wing-it” approach when it comes to their conversations, but that can be risky.  Emotions and words are powerful in their own way; but when mixed together, and blurted out without conscious thought of the potential outcome, they can have a less than desirable response.

Well, all humans are emotional beings.  Over the course of your life, often outside your awareness, you were conditioned to believe certain things based on your own experiences, or the experiences of those who influenced you. As a result of such circumstances, many brands are very protective of their conversations; which is important to maintain or improve customer relations.
